Such a great experience!
Such a lovely experience with this whole team throughout the process of the sleep study! Instructions were easy to follow especially having it sent to my home for me to set up myself. The whole team were very caring and kind and had excellent communication. Once the results were back my phone call to review them was very thorough and they made sure I understood everything well and could ask any questions I had. I felt very supported and they let me know they will be there to support me for the rest of my journey.

I am so happy I chose Sleep Clinc Services to assist with my sleep apnea.
Nina and the rest of the team are so friendly, helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained well and the process [was] very easy. It took me a while to initially book my sleep study test, but I wish I had done it sooner. I feel so much better now and am not constantly tired and exhausted all the time. I now feel so rested!  Also, an added benefit is that I no longer have any sinus issues. It feels so good [to be] able to breathe normally again during the day and night. From the moment they were given my details, they were in contact with me to arrange the sleep study. They even contacted me outside of standard business hours to assist me with getting the study on its way. I can not fault any of their services, updates, communications - anything. Sleep Clinic Services are amazing the staff are so friendly and put you to ease when having to do the sleep test which is done in your own home at your hours. It's easy to do and you send it back to them and await the results with professional clinic doctor specialist and clinic specialist explaining the report slowly so you can understand it. These people that work here deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend Sleep Clinic Services all it starts is a phone call and help is on the way.

The process was easy and effortless.
From the moment I enquired about getting a sleep study through Sleep Clinic Services, it was smooth sailing. Being able to do the study in the comfort of my own home is something I am very grateful for. I was able to phone to clarify things at night and once again, I was met with a friendly voice and nothing but support and reassurance. The process to pack up the sleep study was just as simple with the prepaid postage bag to return the unit. The communications throughout the entire process was phenomenal- they let me know what to expect, timeframes and what was happening at every step of the process. I was also always able to speak to someone if I needed to and I liked knowing I had that support if i needed it, as someone who suffers from anxiety. When it came to receiving my results and booking in a time, I was unable to commit to the available times due to work and family commitments. A simple email and Julie was able to call me at a time convenient to me and run me through my results in layman’s terms. Thank you for looking after me SCS. I'll definitely be recommending you.

Very happy about my sleep study experience with Sleep Clinic Services.
My Endocrinologist provided a referral for a sleep company for a sleep analysis. I found Sleep Clinic Services on Google, I called them and within 1 day a device was arranged for me to conduct the sleep study from my home. The device was posted direct to me with a return self addressed express post. I followed the instructions both written with illustrations as well a link to YouTube videos for additional clarification if required. Sleep Clinic Services have been very thorough and their follow up services are 2nd to none. The results are due within 2 business weeks. I am very happy.

I was in safe hands right from the very first call.
When booking the sleep study, Annette was very sweet and explained the process to me thoroughly. Previously, I was hesitant to do a sleep study but speaking to Annette gave me confidence. On the night of the sleep study, it was very easy to set up, due to the written and video instructions. I still slept, even though I was wired up, and this resulted in plenty of useful data. My appointment for my results was made with Robyn, who is an absolute angel. Everything was explained extremely well and I realised that I was in a lot of trouble. Robyn helped me to process what was happening and how it could be resolved. Follow up so far has been amazing and I am looking forward to working with the team in the future.

Game changer!
Whilst I knew I wasn’t my old self, waking regularly, not getting adequate sleep and snoring for some time which I’d put it down to being all part of ageing. I decided to reach out to Sleep Clinic Services. I was shocked with the results and immediately decided I knew I needed to take responsibility for my own health. Within the first week my results changed from 88.7 where I’d stop breathing to 1.6 in an hour! The team at Sleep Clinic Services provide me with so much support, explanation and encouragement. It’s been a game changer! Whilst I’m in this for the long haul and have other aspects of my health and life to also work on, breathing has got to be the top of my list to get right.. the rest will now follow. The standard of communication is also very high.
Robyn and the team at Sleep Clinic Services offer a wonderful and helpful Home Sleep Study service! The written instructions were thorough, and included detailed diagrams to assist with more visual aspects. The instructional videos were impressively comprehensive and well paced to allow no room for error when connecting your wiring. You are also given additional support by having very clear and fool proof labelling on the devices and it really makes the whole process a breeze! The standard of communication is also very high, and I was always kept in the loop via both SMS and Email, to ensure I didn't miss anything important. Lastly, my results and the follow up call to discuss them were delivered in a timely manner.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Sleep Clinic Services.
My partner had wanted me to get a sleep study done for ages, I finally found SCS that provided the equipment so the study could be done at home in your own bed. Turns out I have severe sleep apnea, however since starting therapy the level of service is brilliant (they ensure that your machine is setup and tuned exactly to your requirements). Highly recommend the staff & service provided by SCS.

They stayed in touch and made sure [my wife] was still doing good for several months.
Sleep Clinic Services has been awesome. My wife snored loudly. I felt there was an issue since I have Sleep Apnea myself and recognised her symptoms. She was tired and sleepy a lot. She was finally told by her Doctor that she needed to have a sleep test. She found Sleep Clinic Services who administered the sleep test and diagnosed the results. They determined she had a bad case of Sleep Apnea and needed a CPAP machine to help her sleep. Sleep Clinic Services sent her a good quality CPAP machine to help her sleep. That was good service so far. What made this really awesome is Sleep Clinic Services monitored her sleep through her CPAP machine. Since they did the sleep test, they could tell that she was sleeping much better than she did before she was tested and diagnosed. They stayed in touch and made sure she was still doing good for several months. They have been excellent. I would recommend Sleep Clinic Services to anyone.
